FILE TYPES

To ensure accurate and prompt processing of your files sent to Supreme Steel Rule Dies, please adhere to the following standards:

.dxf (Drawing Exchange Format)
pdf (Portable Document Format)
- Note: Please ensure these are vector files and not raster images.

Including 3D models and orthographic drawings is appreciated for thermoforming dies or specialty tools. Formats can include, but are not limited to the following:

- .sldprt (SolidWorks Part)
- .step / .stp (Standard for the Exchange of Product Data)
- .iges / .igs (Initial Graphics Exchange Specification)

OTHER GUIDELINES

Use a 1:1 scaled ratio. It is best to include a reference dimension for scale verification.
Use vector line types. Raster images cannot be read or converted.
View: Indicate if your design is print side (outside view) or die side (inside view).
